Furthermore, since tourism provides many part time employments and mainly operate only at night it’s a huge benefit for the students who are unable to allocate the whole time for work. Besides that, they can earn income while enjoying the moment as well. On the other hand, it’s a great opportunity for low educated and underprivileged people as well due to the abundance of opportunities provides for less hardworking jobs. Mostly it can be elaborated as a service to please and amuse the customer by providing the maximum entertainment as they expect. It doesn’t need a degree but pleasing personality and excellent communication skills which is not so hard to improve. Bartenders, waiters, cleaners, casino operators, cashiers, security officers, night club bouncers, cashiers, Strippers, Singers, DJ & sound players, chefs, housekeeping as such. Moreover, they might be receiving tips by tourists as well on top of the wages. Most of low privileged people and their families might be depending on these jobs to survive. Therefore its clearly evident that nightlife attractions offer many job categories which can assist to decrease the poverty of the host community that matters the growth of sustainable development of the country.

• Another major positive impact of nightlife tourism is, it develops the cross-cultural awareness for both local & tourists and builds bridges of understanding between cultures. New York nightlife industry supported 299,000 jobs ith 35.1 billion in total economic output. 

• No doubt it also benefits to many other destination sectors such as accommodation, transport, restaurants, shopping Malls, Groceries, coffee shops etc..The income generated can make up a significant proportion of both private & local sector. It provides an incentive for investment & development for the infrastructure facilities as well.
